Discreet Delicates can be machine washed and dried, or hung inside out to dry in the sun. Soaking in harsh detergent or mixing with bras in a delicates bag may damage or rip the delicate lace.
 
Discreet Delicates absorbency works best once they have been washed before wearing. The thin waterproof lining protection lasts around 2 years with regular machine washing and drying. The washable cotton jersey pad is built in, so doesn't move, and holds up to 60 ml of fluid. This amount of fluid is similar to someone who manages light bladder leakage, or has a heavier period. 
 
Discreet Delicates sizes are generous, comfortable, and have a little bit of give, just like cotton underwear. They are cut low across the thigh to keep the absorbent pad in place, with a forgiving lace mid rise top that does not dig into tummies. If you are unsure of sizing, choose the smaller size to prevent leaks. Discreet Delicates are so discreet they do not come with annoying size tags or garment labels. Included is a small card with care instructions.
 
Discreet Delicates are zero waste, free from plastic, packaged in brown paper envelopes and made from 95% cotton, with 5% elastic lace edging, and a waterproof polyurethane outer layer.
